Is there a limit on how often or how many calls to developer.nrel.gov/api/nsrdb/v2/solar (with tools.FetchResourceFiles) we can make to get psm3-tmy weather data?

Also note the explanation of rate limits at the bottom of the documentation pages for specific endpoints, for example:
