Registration Key

Thanks for the update, and I'm glad you got things working.

I just updated my Mac to OS X Yosemite this morning, and SAM seems to work fine. (I still have to control-click the icon to give OS X permission to start it.)

Hi Paul,

I seem to be having a similar issue where I can't seem to register with the same key. I have a key I obtained back in March but it doesn't seem to work anymore. When I try to use the key it say that I have no internet connect and same when I try to register. Im not sure what to do about the internet connection since I am using the same one as before.

Hi Carolina,

There seems to be an intermittent issue with the SAM software registration servers. Please try again: If you see the registration window after starting SAM, if your email address and key are already populated, just click Confirm. If the email and key fields are empty,  type or paste your email address and your SAM software key, and then click Confirm. You should only click Register if you do not already have a key, or if you need to request to have your existing key emailed to you.
