Downloading Issues

I was wondering what to do when receiving an error when downloading weather files or other files such as electric load data.

Hi Carolina,

Problems downloading weather files, electricity rate data, electric load, or other data from SAM might be caused by web servers being temporarily down. If servers are temporarily down, you can wait and try again to see if the problem resolves itself. You should also contact us with a description of the problem to be sure we are aware of it.

Download problems might also be caused by internet connection issues with your computer.
