Problems connecting to SAM

I don't understand what is happening to me. ISAM cannot connect to the SAM server. I tried the new key you sent me and did not work. I'm trying to find what is happening but it seems that teher is something wrong from CIEMAT connection. Here is an screen captura of the problem.

Unfortunately, we are having some intermittent problems with the SAM registration servers. Please try again, and let us know if you continue to have trouble.

I solved my problms finally. It is curious but I removed SAM from all my computers and installed again and magically the key worked and everything wroked properly.

I can't imagine what was the problem, but anyway I can use SAM normally
