Electric heater for CSP Tower Molten Salt

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to evaluate a csp tower salt model (Single Owner) with an sCO2 cycle with electric heaters in SAM 2024 but it seems the optimization model will never use the electric heatert. I tried changing the inputs in both the Electric HTF Heater and in the Dispatch Optimization section but I can't figure it out. Is there another section (Maybe one of the economic ones)  that I should be aware?

Be sure to check Enable electric heater to charge cold HTF on the System Design page.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I enabled the heater in the System Design page but there's no difference. Could it have something to do with the parameters I set? I'm adding more screenshots for context. Note: I haven't touched anything from the Grid Limits section downwards
