I can't figure out how to eliminate the red in the Clipping section even though the ratio is within range? I attached my project.

Hello,
I would use the data on the Results page to evaluate your system design instead of the information in the report generated by the System Sizing macro.
For example, for the "Untitled" Photovoltaic / Single Owner case in your file:
The diagram on the Losses tab of the Results page shows minimal losses as a percentage of array and inverter electric output due to inverter voltage clipping and power limiting:
You can see the kWh quantities represented by those percentages on the Data Tables tab of the Results page:
And, you can see when the losses occur on the Time Series tab:
If this amount of power limiting is not acceptable for your project, you can reduce it by increasing the number of inverters, by choosing a larger inverter, or by reducing the array capacity (smaller or fewer modules).
Best regards,
Paul.

I don't understand when "power limiting" should be acceptable or not???? I want all power to go to my offtaker and into my BESS during the day. So do I need to design it so there's no clipping and/or power limiting??

Hello,
In some cases, the cost savings of a smaller inverter justify using one over a larger inverter.
Here is an article from the SMA inverter company discussing reasons to "oversize" the array: www.sma-sunny.com/en/7-reasons-why-you-should-oversize-your-pv-array-2/ . There are similar articles from other sources.
SAM does not require you to oversize the array, so you can design the system to meet your requirements.
Best regards,
Paul.
