Error message from NSRDB, can't download new weather files

Hi, I am having issues downloading weather files through SAM. This error started about a week ago. Every try results in an "Error message from NSRDB: Data processing failure." 

When trying with the advanced method, the error changes slightly to a "weather file not available" error (attached)    . 

Is this a known error? Are there any other workarounds to download NSRDB data?

Hi Geoffrey,

There seems to be an intermittent problem with NSRDB downloads from SAM. We are working to fix the problem.

In the meantime, please try a few times to see if you can get the download to work.

You can always try downloading files directly from the NSRDB: nsrdb.nrel.gov .
